Refund policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
. Items can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
. Products must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
. An unboxing video is required for any claims related to missing or damaged items.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
. Items purchased with discount codes
. Customized or personalized pieces
. Final sale or clearance items (as indicated on the product page)

INITIATE A RETURN
To begin a return:
. Visit the Returns & Exchanges section on our website.
. Enter your Order ID and contact number.
. Select items for return, upload at least 2 images, and provide the required details.
. Confirm your request.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item pickup and quality check.
. Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
. COD orders: Refunded to your UPI ID or bank account

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within 10 days for the following reasons:
. Damaged or incorrect item: Replaced with the same item
. Size issues: Exchange for correct size (if available)

If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
To request an exchange, follow the same steps as above via our Returns & Exchanges page.
